This project was designed to utilize the dual street and laneway frontages.

This means that all units have street frontages, eliminating the need for a common driveway.

Designed with generous sized bedrooms and an upper floor retreat, which incorporates doors and robes to create a fourth bedroom if required.

All units incorporate a study or IT nook on the ground floor.

The kitchen, dining and living areas provide an open planned communal atmosphere, while the upstairs bedrooms and retreat provide space for private relaxation.

A shared wall between the two front units provides space for separate facing porticos and entries. This has not been seen in surrounding properties.

Spacious stone top kitchens are at the heart of the homes, making everyday life a delight.
