When it came onto the market, this hilltop block, originally set-aside as a road reserve, was snapped up by our clients – a family of 6 as the location was perfect for their schools and social activities. Integrity Developments worked with the client to design their dream family home without blowing the budget. One of the key drivers in keeping costs down was to design the large home without the upper floor extending over the large living areas – reducing the need for thick concrete slab and beams.

The home features 2 well appointed master bedrooms each with an en-suite and walk-in-robe to cater for the family’s changing needs over time. An activity room on the upper floor catches expansive views while the ground floor theatre room allows the kids to be close to the action of the main living area but with the ability to close the doors and shut out the noise.
