Our client for this quadruplex site was a young developer whose journey on the property ladder is to buy old properties, develop them and sell the new homes himself to maximise his profit.

Other builders had provided a cost estimate to build 3 units but our Development Consultant demostrated that 4 units would be significantly more profitable. Our Building Designer then provided a concept plan that better suited the block and the client’s requirements and we moved forward with the build.

The development was located on a very busy road. To give more privacy all units come off a common driveway. The alfresco and living areas were north facing for good solar access.

Each unit had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Feature render was used to define each entry point at the property and the garages included extra storage for easy access and flexibility.

A full laundry leading out to a drying yard was incorporated into each design as this was a specific requirement of our client. The kitchen benchtops were also upgraded to stone.
