This extra-large Scarborough site, at over 1700sqm, allowed Integrity Developments to design 7 generous sized 3 bed, 2 bath, double garage villas. The courtayrds with alfresco areas for all weather entertaining have been positioned in the Northern corner of each strata lot. Spacious living/dining areas were designed to flow on from the alfresco with large sliding doors make the most of the space and draw the light into the units. Each kitchen had a window built between the bench and the overhead cupboards to act as a splashback. This feature not only looks great but also washes the work areas with light making the kitchens a pleasure to work in.

Beautiful textured feature stonework was carefully selected for the portico of each unit to highlight the entry points. By alternating dark and light render along the common driveway it differentiated the units while create a sense of unity.

Many of these units were sold as house and land packages with Integrity completing the subdivision work to allow this to occur. The new owners were thus able to select internal colours to suit their tastes and upgrade certain items like plumbing fixtures and fittings if they wished.
