After building a strong relationship with Integrity Developments on their pervious 3 development projects, our client’s did not hesitate to engage us again for the design and construction of this their newest 4 townhouse project.

The site of this project was 728sqm and zoned R20/60. To be able to provide a double garage for each townhouse resulted in the ground floor living areas being compact. The use of corner sliding doors, high quality finishes, along with light colours were all used to draw light in, reflect light and create a feeling of spaciousness throughout the development.

Quality stone bench tops and large format porcelain rectified tiles were used to bringing a modern dream to life. Subway tiles were selected for the kitchen and laundry splashbacks to add texture to the neutral colour pallet. These selections were bought in give the feel that the laundry had a modern bathroom quality or was an extension of a kitchen area.

Style exuded in the ensuites, boasting full height tiling, to match the floor tiles and feature hexagonal tiles over the vanities. The double undermount basins and premium wall mounted tapware combined to create a sense luxury.
