This triplex development was a family project and was designed with high specifications in-keeping with the surrounding suburb, with the vision to sell all three houses.

The three-townhouse site was a corner block, which gave each house its own individual street frontage, which increase the potential sales value of the development.

The site had a sewer, which ran through the property. To counteract this the design had to be creative and the garages were placed over the sewer and paved. The design also included front courtyards to make the most of the northern sun.

Internally the first two units were a mirror image of each other. The design brief was for high specification finishes with a warm open plan feel. Open style stainless steel balustrading to the stairs were used to increase the feeling of space.

The kitchen featured glass splash backs, glass doors to the kitchen cupboards, stone bench tops, bulkheads and 900 Delonghi appliances.

Bamboo flooring and down lights were used throughout the main living areas to bring in the warmth. The main bedrooms had glass French doors, which opened, onto balconies. The bathrooms were fitted with frameless shower screens and mirrors with feature wall taps in the ensuites.
