The client’s design brief for this two-storey townhouse triplex was to produce a cost effective, elegant, individual development that would appeal to a broad range of buyers.
The aim was to create a triplex townhouse development in keeping with the area, whilst gaining an individual feel.
The development was orientated to utilise the dual street and laneway frontages, eliminating the need for a common driveway.
These townhouses were planned in order to maximise the natural northern light entering the townhouses.
Open plan living areas were laid out with a deluxe kitchen facing the dining and living room and opening onto the alfresco area. One of the townhouses has the kitchen and main living area upstairs to capture the brilliant ocean views.
An additional upstairs living area leads out onto a large balcony to take advantage of the ocean views and optimise entertaining opportunities.
With luxury finishes such as stone bench tops to the kitchen and bathrooms, 900 wide Delonghi oven and stove top, down lights throughout, reverse cycle air-conditioning, wooden floorboards and glass balustrading, each townhouse has a stylish yet individual appeal. The inclusion of a bath and the finishes in the main ensuite is in-keeping the design brief of elegant and appealing to a broad range of buyers.
